Yoga Inspired Boot Camp Online

There is no better time than now to establish a morning routine that begins each day feeling strong, balanced, and integrated in your body. My Boot Camp class is an overall strengthening routine designed to develop a stable, reliable core. We will move through a series of yoga postures and exercises designed to stretch and stabilize the whole body, move all of the joints, bring consciousness to breath, and prepare you to greet the day feeling energized and calm.
You will need to download the Zoom app to stream these classes live from your own home 9-10am each morning.
