Yoga Boot Camp Online
April 6-10, 9am A Zoom Class
There is no better time than now to establish a morning routine that begins each day feeling strong, balanced, and integrated in your body. My Boot Camp class is an overall strengthening routine designed to develop a stable, reliable core. We will move through a series of yoga postures and exercises designed to stretch and stabilize the whole body, move all of the joints, bring consciousness to breath, and prepare you to greet the day feeling energized and calm.

How to sign up for a class
-If you are purchasing classes here, please email at least 30 minutes before class begins to sign up and receive a Zoom Invitation.
-If you are using AYC passes "Sign Up" for the class at www.ashlandyogacenter.com on the calendar at least 30 minutes before class starts. You will receive a Zoom invitation about 20 minutes before class begins.

Gentle Yoga Tuesdays/Thursdays 1:30-2:45
A class designed for every body. A slow exploration into core strength, healthy alignment and deep gratifying stretches. A calming gift to the nervous system.
Radiant Flow Wednesdays 6pm-7:15
A dynamic flow of yoga postures, designed to help build strength and focus, while releasing excess tension and forgetting one's stress.
